PA/NJ Workers Compensation Paralegal (Remote Engagement)

About the Role

Latitude is seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal with experience in both PA and NJ for a remote engagement position with a full-service leading defense litigation firm. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
• Experience preparing pleadings and discovery
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills required
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff and clients
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
• Outstanding references

Pay

The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $70,000 - $90,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.

Benefits

Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD, and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
