What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate resource-loaded schedules for various projects
• Contribute to proposal and system process development
• Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure regular updates
• Maintain critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and optimize sequences for constructability
• Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to align schedules with company and client standards
• Document project “lessons learned” to improve future scheduling efficiency

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects
• Technical Skills: Expertise in modern scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; Primavera and PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred
• Industry Knowledge: Utility experience is strongly preferred
• Communication: Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and projects are on track
