Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure paint finishes meet Trek's high-quality standards.
• Prepare bike frames for painting by buffing, cleaning, and priming as necessary.
• Mix paint colors to designated specifications.
• Paint custom Project One signature frames following specified bike schemes.
• Provide exceptional quality painted frames and forks.
• Able to work independently on multiple frames.

Requirements

• Detail oriented.
• Passion for painting and creating works of art.
• No prior bicycle painting experience required.
• Eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in our manufacturing department.

Qualifications

• Monday to Friday (Overtime as needed on the weekends)
• 1st shift (8 hour-shifts)
• Ability to do paint gun/airbrush maintenance preferred but not required!
• High end custom paint application knowledge.
• Respirator is required when painting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and use hand tools for extended periods of time.
