Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Drive the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units or departments, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role is required. Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development is required.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills may be preferred depending on the location and business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is preferred.
Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000.00 – $84,500.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
