About the role

Join Mennel Milling, a company that has been feeding the world since 1886 through teamwork and excellence. As a Shipping & Receiving Operator, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient processing, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving of flour and feed products while maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready facility.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transfer, and pack flour and feed products using forklifts and other equipment.
• Perform sanitation tasks including vacuuming, mopping, washing, and maintaining an infestation-free facility.
• Load bulk and bagged flour trucks and railcars while completing required documentation and inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing, food processing, flour milling, or related industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification; CDL and previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and safely perform job duties while wearing a respirator.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Schedule

Full-time, shift as assigned with overtime as required.
