Payscale Range
- $99,000 - $232,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred
- Certifications including TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP)
- Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming and CI/CD
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment
- Driving adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches
- Overseeing project lifecycle and managing budgets and timelines
- Providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture
- Designing scalable and secure systems using modern patterns
- Continuously monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends
Skills
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same
- Effectively mentor others
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
