P&C Technical Solutions Architect, Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures
• Analyze and improve risk selection and claims resolution speed
• Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation
• Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles

Skills

• Analysis and identification of system component linkages and interactions
• Project management, including budgeting, execution, and completion
• Collaboration with team leadership for quality, timeline, and deliverable assurance
• Development of skills outside one's comfort zone and mentoring others
• Resolution of conflicts and difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
