Responsibilities
- Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures
- Analyze and improve risk selection and claims resolution speed
- Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles
Skills
- Analysis and identification of system component linkages and interactions
- Project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaboration with team leadership for quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Development of skills outside comfort zones and mentoring others
- Addressing conflicts and difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
