P&C Senior Sales Agent, Commercial Line (Bilingual in Chinese)

About the role

Possessing extensive experience in commercial lines insurance sales, the P&C Senior Sales Agent is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups.
• Manage sales targets and achieve performance goals within established timelines.
• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
