About the role

Support the effective delivery of People & Culture services through the administration of employee data, HR systems, reporting, and people processes. The role ensures data integrity, supports employee lifecycle, provides workforce insights to managers and P&C stakeholders, and contributes to continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support benefits administration, ensure adherence to company policies and labor legislation, and serve as a key contact for employees and managers on People & Culture processes and policies.
  • Administer and maintain People Central, SuccessFactors, and other employee data systems to support efficient people processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data, organizational structures, records, and workflows while supporting system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training, guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to managers and employees on People & Culture systems, processes, and self-service transactions.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee engagement initiatives through data, coordination, and operational support.
  • Advise managers and employees on People & Culture policies, processes, systems, and self-service tools, while partnering with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources or related area
  • Minimum 5 years in HR practice, international exposure preferable
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
