The successful candidate will provide exceptional client service to our clients in the P&C industry, focusing on construction and real estate sectors. The role is based in Atlanta, GA and Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally
• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support sales efforts by providing expert advice and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client service or customer relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and real estate markets beneficial
