About the Role

The PST - Converting Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining converting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products. This role requires a keen attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on converting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Willing to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Pay

Starting pay: $27.09 per hour.
