Owner Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, face-to-face presentations in a state-of-the-art sales center
- Build meaningful connections with prospective and current owners by identifying their travel needs
- Clearly communicate the benefits of traveling with Worldmark and Eddie Bauer Adventure Clubs
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
- Keep current on product knowledge, materials, and industry trends
Requirements
- 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
- Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
- General knowledge of smart devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
