Owner Operator Driver - Dry Van

About the role

An independent CDL-A Owner Operator Driver specializing in Dry Van, responsible for managing your own loads and routes within a flexible, percentage-based pay model.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and select loads that suit your business needs via a comprehensive online load board.
• Operate solo or in teams using various equipment, including vans, flatbeds, stepdecks, or specialized trailers.
• Maintain a safe driving record, adhering to regulations and avoiding preventable accidents or violations.
• Manage logistics independently, with the freedom to go and return at your convenience.

Qualifications

• Age 23 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement and at least one year of verifiable OTR experience.
• Clean driving history with no recent serious violations, accidents, or positive drug/alcohol tests.
• No recent DUI or major violations, with felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
