CDL-A Owner Operator Driver specializing in Dry Van, responsible for independently managing freight loads and routes.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and select loads via a comprehensive online load board, ensuring flexible scheduling and routes that meet personal business needs.
• Operate vans, flatbeds, stepdecks, or specialized equipment, and maintain a safe, compliant driving record.
• Support and grow your revenue through a percentage pay model that increases with rates.
• Access discounts on fuel, tires, and services, and utilize available equipment if needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 23 years old
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• At least one year of verifiable OTR experience
• Clean driving history with no recent accidents or serious violations
• No recent DUI or positive drug/alcohol tests
• Ability to operate independently and make dispatch decisions
