Owner Operator Driver - Dry Van

About the role

Responsible for independently managing freight hauling operations using various equipment types such as vans, flatbeds, and specialized trailers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and select loads that align with business needs via a comprehensive load board.
• Operate independently, choosing when to go and return.
• Maintain a safe driving record, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize the percentage pay model to maximize earnings as rates increase.
• Leverage discounts on fuel, tires, parts, and services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 23+ years old with a Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement.
• At least one year of verifiable OTR experience with a clean driving record.
• No recent preventable accidents, serious violations, DUI, or positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Background checks for felony/misdemeanor charges are conducted case-by-case.

Key Duties

• Managing freight loads independently, ensuring safety compliance, and maximizing revenue through load selection and rate optimization.
• Support services include safety training and cost-saving programs.
