Responsibilities

• Interact meaningfully with clients
• Complete security calls and maintain regular communication with co-workers
• Supervise morning routines, observe client behavior, and intervene appropriately
• Ensure client location and conduct random/unpredictable head counts/bed checks
• Conduct outside building security checks
• Document all required activities and observations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
• Must pass criminal background check investigation
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
