Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS) is seeking an Overnight Veterinary Technician Floor Lead to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician who is ready to take the next step in their career by serving as a clinical resource, mentor, and operational leader while continuing to work hands-on with patients. As the Overnight Floor Lead, you will partner closely with Technician Managers to support hospital operations, promote exceptional patient care, coach team members, and help create a positive and collaborative culture throughout the hospital.
