Overnight Staff Pharmacist, Amazon Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. This role involves hands-on tasks such as dispensing medications, managing prescription fulfillment, and providing clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
• Collaborate with other staff pharmacists to ensure thorough quality assurance checks.
• Complete ancillary housekeeping tasks including checking returns, inputting medication rejects, overseeing medication substitutions, and canister approval.
• Answer clinical questions and provide clinical guidance.
• Investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
• Collate and deliver pertinent pharmacy information to the distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal/State laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by collaborating with other members of the pharmacy team.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in Ohio, and others upon request.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations concerning patient care.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication skills including written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Experience in LTC or Retail Setting (preferred).
• Excellent Communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $103,800.00 - $146,400.00 USD annually.
