THE POSITION

Location: Apple Valley, MN (55124)

  • Hours: Days Every other Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts
    Overnights Every Monday & Wednesday 12 hour shifts
    Overnights Every other Tuesday, Friday Saturday & Sunday 12 hour shifts
  • Client Specifics: 1-year old with a trach, vent, and a g-tube
  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for Full Time Nights
  • Night & Weekend Bonus Structure:
    • Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
    • Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
    • Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

About the Role

The position involves delivering personalized, 1:1 care to children with medical complexities in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care to a 1-year-old with a trach, vent, and a g-tube
  • Work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
  • Receive up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night positions
  • Participate in a night and weekend bonus structure

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Experience in pediatric nursing is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging and sensitive situations
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives

Skills

  • Knowledge of ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
  • Effective time management and organization skills

Pay

  • RN base range: $25.00 to $31.00 hourly
  • LPN base range: $35.00 to $41.00 hourly
