Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in State College, PA and surrounding areas. Since 2000, we’ve provided care for the medically fragile community nationwide, guided by our values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). Our nurses deliver direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
  • Implement preventative initiatives to protect and improve the quality of care for the patient.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
  • Ability to provide care in a client home setting
