Overnight Security Specialist - Two North Breakers Row

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors
• Maintain and control access to the property through the use of 2-way radios, gate control, and other tools as necessary
• Enforce traffic and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order on the property
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations and alarms
• Receive and process packages in accordance with established procedures
• Provide access to apartments and record actions in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• The ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations is crucial
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time is necessary
