Responsibilities

• Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Pyramid Global Hospitality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Support other department activities to enhance guest and employee service.
• Reduce crime opportunities through preventive patrols and visible security presence.
• Respond to emergencies as outlined in the Emergency Service Procedures.
• Aid or seek assistance for individuals in danger or needing medical attention.
• Assure the security of guest and employee information.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Aid in developing and presenting security-related programs.
• Review and edit written records produced by Security Officers.
• Assist in other job classifications as directed by immediate superiors.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid drivers license in good standing.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Two years of security or police experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification, preferred with instructor rating.
• High-quality written and oral communication skills.

$20.29 per hour

Schedule

This role typically works evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling is required.
