Overnight - San Diego County

Eagles Point Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for full-time and part-time overnight shifts in San Diego, CA. Join a team that values integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts, or suspicious behavior
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff

Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• 1 year of security experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required
• Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Pay

$17.25 – $19.00/hr. (based on experience)

Schedule

• Graveyard shifts (8-hour shifts)
• Full-time & part-time positions available
