About the role

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include greeting/meeting potential members, handling front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, having the ability to handle any changes needed to a member's account, facilitating member services issues, and working with Club Manager/Assistant managers as needed. Helps maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

• Handle front desk related tasks including info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours
• Facilitate member services issues and work with Club Manager/Assistant managers as needed
• Maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
