About the role
Aspire Health and Community Services seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. The role provides specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document clients' self administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices.
- Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed.
- Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being.
- Deliver strength based, solution focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and safety plans.
- Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
- One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
- Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred.
Benefits
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $40.24 - $48.32 USD.

Schedule
Part-Time | 16 Hours per Week Available Schedule Friday & Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications
