Responsibilities
- Maintain stats and log NARCOTICS & IV using Excel Files
- Log in Tardy Drivers using Excel file
- Log in Drivers errors using Excel file
- Gain basic knowledge of Frameworks and ECM to search for items delivered and find signed packing slips accordingly
- Complete tasks such as Driver Inspections, Coolers and maintain temperature logs, Driver scanner inspections, Observe the process of narcotics given to drivers, Monitor the procedure of various returns, Reconcile expected returns vs. actual returns, Collect and analyze packing slips, Evaluate driver routes for consistency, Implement quality assurance standards with the drivers, Ensure drivers know what is expected, Such as having all items for inspections, wearing uniforms and badges etc., Investigate customer complaints regarding drivers provided by QA dept and address with Driver services
- Perform Registered as a Pharmacy Technician in New Jersey through the Board of Pharmacy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Experience in Long Term Care (Preferred)
- Registered as a Pharmacy technician in New Jersey through the Board of Pharmacy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Frameworks ECM knowledge is a plus
- Able to work independently, and as a team, accurately, and efficiently
- Detail oriented, organized and self-sufficient
