Overnight Public Area/House Attendant

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Public Area/House Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm in their work. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by ensuring all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep
• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures are clean and free of marks
• Clean and maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms through sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Remove trash and debris from all assigned public and back-of-house areas
• Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well maintained
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and guest amenities
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces, offering assistance in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience

What to bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• The hospitality business operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need
• Holidays and weekends availability is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred

• Hourly Rate: $28.01
