Overnight Neuroradiologist, Remote, Academic Position, 7on/14 off

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) seeks a full-time overnight neuroradiologist to staff the overnight shift at Tampa General Hospital. This academic position features a 100% focused neuro case mix, remote work, and a 7-on/14-off schedule with flexible starting hours based on candidate preference.

About the Role

• Serve a growing healthcare system that is a stroke center of excellence
• Collaborate with RAF divisions statewide to offer an optimal study mix
• Perform a full breadth of neuroradiology examinations, including trauma, stroke (with CT perfusion and RAPID software), oncology, dementia, movement disorders, and functional MRI
• Affiliated with the University of South Florida, with 8 residents per year and one neuroradiology fellow
• Opportunity for faculty appointment
• Team-based practice with collaboration among experienced subspecialists
• Internal moonlighting program with flexible remote options

Responsibilities

• Teach neuroradiology, particularly to the fellow (dedicated didactic lectures welcome but not required)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in neuroradiology
• Medical license or ability to obtain a license in Florida

Pay

The salary range for this position is $500,000–$1,000,000, with final determinations based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
