Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies
- Assist residents with medication self-administration when appropriate
- Observe residents and communicate health or behavioral changes to nursing leadership
- Accurately document medication administration, vital signs, weights, and resident updates
- Cook up with physicians, pharmacies, hospice providers, and home health agencies
- Support residents with caregiving and activities of daily living as needed
- Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership to provide exceptional resident care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medication Technician, Medication Aide, Caregiver, CNA, Resident Assistant, Home Care Aide, DSP, or similar healthcare role preferred
- Experience supporting older adults in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, or healthcare settings preferred
- Medication administration experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training for qualified caregivers
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Pay
$20/hr starting, plus $1 overnight shift differential
Schedule
A rotating schedule of 4 days on and 2 days off, with the first 2 shifts as a Medication Technician and the last 2 shifts as a Caregiver.
