About the role
Aspire Health and Community Services seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. The CCS program provides short-term stabilization and support to adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices.
- Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed.
- Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being.
- Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and safety plans.
- Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree).
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
- One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
- Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree).
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Skills

- Salary Range: $31.35 - $36.06 USD.
Schedule
- Part-Time | 16 Hours per Week Available Schedule
- Friday & Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift Differentials:
- 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
- 3:00 PM - 11 PM (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00
