About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team providing care to our residents. Our mission is to empower individuals with choices in purposeful living through faith, wellness, and connection.

• Responsible for resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
• Currently licensed as an LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a nursing capacity preferred
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted living environment and with the geriatric population preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
