About the role
We're looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the safety and security of our guests, associates, and assets. The ideal candidate will be calm, cool, and collected, able to manage potentially dangerous situations professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of the hotel's guests, associates, and assets
- Identify and manage potential threats with professionalism and reasonable thinking
- Work in a 24-hour operation environment
Requirements
- Passionate about safety and security
- Similar work experience
- A post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications (a plus)
- Experience in safety and security operations
- Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
