About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and tranquil stay of hotel guests and employees, enforces hotel policies and procedures, and records assigned tasks in writing. The role involves preparing accurate incident and accident reports as specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report on all assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate using radio equipment.
- Record and report any unsafe conditions while patrolling hotel property.
- Ensure protection and preservation of hotel, guest, and employee property.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Requirements
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Red Cross and First Aid Certified.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
