About This Role Join our veterinary hospital as a full-time Overnight Kennel Attendant and become an essential caregiver for our hospitalized patients! In this hands-on role, you'll provide compassionate, attentive care for pets during their stay with us, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. This position requires overnight shifts from 6pm - 6am with a one hour lunch Our hiring process includes two interview stages: a brief, one-way video interview via Hireflix followed by an on-site interview. What Success Looks Like Compassionate Caregiving: You'll provide attentive, gentle care to each animal, offering comfort through regular walks, playtime, and affection while carefully monitoring their wellbeing. Keen Observation: You'll watch for changes in behavior or physical condition that might indicate health concerns, promptly reporting any issues to our veterinary team. Immaculate Environment: You'll maintain spotlessly clean kennels, cages, and hospital areas, creating a sanitary, odor-free space that promotes animal health and comfort. Safe Handling: You'll develop trust with animals of various temperaments, confidently and safely handling them during daily care, medication administration, and movement around the facility. Detailed Record-Keeping: You'll accurately document feeding schedules, behaviors, and care provided, ensuring our team has complete information about each animal's stay.
