About the role

The Greeter role is integral to the Towne Park team, ensuring guests, patients, and visitors receive warm, attentive service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist with various inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, patients, and colleagues.
• Acknowledges and greets guests with a professional and friendly greeting.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely, using appropriate salutations.
• Demonstrates a willingness and ability to assist others, monitoring and responding to emergencies.
• Assists visitors with directions, information, and other inquiries.
• Provides guests with information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Ensures patient and business confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Delivers messages, items, and amenities as requested.
• Reports all accidents and incidents observed on shift to the Guest Service Coordinator or Account Manager.
• Uses equipment safely and follows established procedures for disaster codes and response plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes, alarms, and emergency systems.
• Ability to read, speak, and write standard English.
• Basic computer skills and typing ability.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Knowledge of hospital disaster codes and response plans.

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $16.50 plus a $2 overnight differential.
