Overnight Grocery Associate FT

Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets set for the department. Restocks products overnight. Enhances customer confidence and loyalty through consistent and compliant operations. Ensures fresh and appealing products, provides courteous and knowledgeable service.

About the Role

Ensures the department meets plan specifications. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and product quality. Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Creates welcoming, valued environments to foster customer confidence and loyalty.
• Maintains merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Monitors stock levels, reports discrepancies, and ensures products are fresh and at proper temperatures.
• Enforces safety protocols, handles recalls, and reports incidents.
• Supports team members by communicating information and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Manages inventory, reviews product quality, and adheres to food safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to retail operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs occasionally.
