Overnight Front Office Host / Agent (Full Time)

Front Office colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and carrying out the Night Audit process. This highly visible role has a direct impact on creating the guest experience and includes processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Perform the Night Audit process and complete the overnight shift checklist.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist in the event of emergencies.
• Engage in casual conversation to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The budgeted rate for this role is $19.75 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour overnight shift premium.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring shifts that include weekends and holidays.
