Overnight Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
• Pull and stage orders for delivery.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant forklift or warehouse experience.
• Certifications may be preferred.

Skills

• Basic technical knowledge of forklift operation.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Effective communication with team members.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds.
• Standing, walking, and crouching throughout the shift.
• Operating foot controls on equipment.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Schedule

Shifts last 8–10 hours and may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
