Overnight Forklift Operator

Role Overview

Responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage merchandise, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, load, unload, and stack products.
• Pull and stage orders for delivery, unload inbound shipments, and load outbound shipments.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; certification may be preferred.
• Basic technical skills, ability to follow directions, and work under close supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, perform manual handling tasks, and work in a warehouse environment with variable conditions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, crouch, kneel, bend, and reach. Work may involve exposure to temperature changes, moderate to high noise levels.

Schedule

Work in shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
