About the role

Our Baker plays a vital role in preparing and baking fresh bakery products, ensuring high quality and presentation to enhance guest experience. The position involves using scratch recipes, operating baking equipment, and maintaining safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. The Baker provides excellent customer service, answers questions, and suggests products to meet guest needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 to 12 months of experience or completion of an apprenticeship program
• Prior bakery or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of baking procedures, ingredient use, and safety protocols
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
