Overnight CPEP Psychiatrist

About the role

A clinician is needed to serve as an Overnight Attending Psychiatrist in our Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP).

The Clinical Assistant Professor will be responsible for psychiatric evaluation and management of patients in CPEP/ED of University Hospital.

The Clinical Assistant Professor will also be responsible for teaching and supervision of medical students and residents.

Requirements

• MD/DO (or foreign equivalent).
• New York State license or eligibility.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Adult Psychiatry.

Salary: Overnight salary starting at $360,000/year annually.

Schedule

Shifts totaling 40 hours per week which will consist of 4 - 10 hour overnight shifts from 10:30pm-8:30am with one weekend shift a week. Weekends and Holidays are required.
