OVERNIGHT Commercial Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Overnight Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of commercial properties. This position requires a strong background in maintenance and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing fixtures.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and free from hazards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and other staff members.
• Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or a similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safety standards.
