OVERNIGHT COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

About the role

The Overnight Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Inspect facilities for damage or issues and report findings to supervisors.
• Operate various tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in the preparation of work orders and tracking of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic building systems and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working in commercial settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
