Overnight Cleaning Team Member

About the role

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a drive to maintain our facility’s equipment and spaces to the highest cleanliness standards. Our cleaning team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Replenish supplies in the facility (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soaps).
• Routinely wipe down equipment, floors, and surfaces with disinfectant.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
• Deep clean bathroom stalls, showers, saunas, and steam rooms.
• Remove trash throughout the facility.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Overnight availability (10 PM–3 AM).
• Light lifting (up to 30–50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Passion for cleanliness and a hard-working attitude.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Friendly demeanor and ability to smile and engage positively.
