Overnight Cleaner - Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Cleaning hallways
• Emptying garbage
• Delivering linen to multiple places and floors
• Other duties as assigned by Overnight Supervisor
• Completing guest requests
• Monitoring inventory of supplies and equipment
• Removing room service trays and carrying dirty dishes to service area
• Carrying dirty linen to laundry chute
• Carrying supplies from department to assigned floor
• Pushing at least 200 lbs.
• Bending and kneeling
• Reaching closet shelves, windows, ledges, pipes, under beds and behind furniture
• Continuously standing and/or walking
• Communicating effectively through radio
• Working overnights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Organized and willing to follow a checklist
• Able to push at least 200 lbs.
• Able to bend and kneel
• Able to reach closet shelves, windows, ledges, pipes, under beds and behind furniture
• Able to stand and/or walk continuously
• Able to communicate effectively through radio
• Able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

This position is an overnight shift. You must be available Monday - Sunday, from 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

Pay

Wages: $16.35 first 3 months, $17.26 after 3 months, $18.17 after 6 months. There is a .30 differential an hour.
