About the role

The Overnight Cleaner role at Planet Fitness involves ensuring the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility to provide an outstanding member experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas according to Planet Fitness standards.
• Vacuum floor surfaces and operate the floor scrubber machine according to schedule.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager if necessary.
• Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas, addressing safety/policy issues and cleanliness concerns.
