Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication assistance/reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow care plan
• Documentation/charting

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving (personal or professional)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers

About the Role

We are a private in-home care provider (not a facility). Shifts include personal care, light housekeeping, and overnight shifts where sleeping or dozing is permitted. Evening shifts may also be available.
