Caregiver Role Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while ensuring safety, dignity, and independence. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document any changes, and engage residents through conversation and activities to promote well-being. Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are also key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering meaningful interactions. Effective communication with families and care leaders is essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
