Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
